UNIQUE ENG supplies radiant tube castings used as indirect heating elements in CGL (Continuous Galvanizing Line) and CAL (Continuous Annealing Line) heat treatment furnaces. Radiant tubes separate the combustion flame from the furnace atmosphere, radiating heat to the steel strip without direct contact, allowing precise atmosphere control during heat treatment. Each radiant tube is manufactured from heat-resistant cast alloys to withstand continuous high-temperature cycling, produced to customer furnace design and drawing specifications.
